My personal reflections is
It is clear that some improvements of education quality should be made in Australian universities, even the government must spend more money for this investment. As a result, Australia will be able to profit from this opportunity that Australian universities will have better performance of higher education and be to become popular. Then the number of overseas students will increase and the national productivity is going to grow up in the future.
